Established in 1980, Casa Verano Condominium Association, Inc. represents a vibrant residential community consisting of 54 privately owned units, located in the heart of Pompano Beach, Florida. Designed for relaxed living with tropical charm, Casa Verano is more than just a place to live—it’s a community to belong to.

The Association is governed by a resident-elected Board of Directors, responsible for overseeing property maintenance, financial stewardship, community policies, and the overall well-being of our shared environment. We take pride in promoting a safe, clean, and friendly atmosphere for all homeowners and residents.

Are rentals allowed within the community?
Yes, but rentals are subject to association rules and must be approved. Owners must submit an application and provide a copy of the lease for review. Contact property management for the latest rental policy.

Can I make modifications to my unit or exterior?
Any structural modifications require prior written approval from the Board of Directors. Submit an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Application form and supporting documentation for consideration.

How do I access association documents, meeting minutes, or financial reports?

When are Board meetings held, and can residents attend?
